Ericsson Hiring BE, B.Tech ,ME and M.Tech Freshers as Services Engineer - Last Date: 2nd August  2013

* Experience in Performance Management and RF Optimization of CDMA/EVDO/LTE networks

* Fundamental understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO Pref: Samsung/ Ericsson/ ALU/ Motorola

* Competent understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO optimization parameters definitions and both performance and capacity impacts (active/idle mode) at both BTS and BSC level

* Competent understanding of both idle and active mode call processing and able to design

* Able to make parameter changes to network on appropriate vendor platform

* Competent in capacity/PN planning

* Competent in frequency/PN interference analysis and coordination

* Automation of optimization tasks – Programming Skills

* Application development and deployment, Web based development, User interface design and development, Object oriented programming concepts.

* C#, Core Java, J2EE, WEB Language: JavaScript, JSP,Servlets, JDBC, HTML, DHTML, XML, DBMS, MS-Access, SQL Server

* WEB / Application Tools: Ecllipse, Netbeans, Putty, WinSCP, SQLyog, Toad

* Operating System: Windows, Linux, Unix, Ubuntu)

* Excel Macros; Visual Basic

* Excellent MS Office/Actix skills
